Well, it was 11 days early (which pleases Mommy), but little Smi entered the world on Friday Februrary 16th at 1:17 am. Weighing in at a healthly 7 lbs and measuring 19 inches long, the most anticipated question was answered after 13 hours of labor. IT'S A GIRL!!!!
Mommy and Daddy are both doing well (that is after Daddy's 24 hour flu)! Mommy comes home tomorrow!!
Little Grace Kay Smith is the pride and joy of the family. Her favorite uncle is already figuring she's left handed which will suit her well on the softball field.

i still say she should have come 10 days earlier to have been born on my birthday!!! what a cutie pie... i hope you both (& chad) are doing fantastic!
