It's kind of crazy how you start out pregnancy counting months. Then it's down to weeks... and suddenly (really sudden if you ask us) it's down to days. The doctor decided that Jenelle needs to be induced. There were a few medical reasons for the early delivery, but nothing too serious. We are hoping that Dr. Slusher is just making sure we're on the side of caution.
So, all day Thursday Jenelle gets to hang out in the hospital and just wait for some drugs to start working. (She's just so very exicted about that) And it's not probably until Friday until the actual induction takes place. The doctor says Baby Smi will be here sometime Friday night or early Saturday.
Are we ready? Physically, yes. Mentally... maybe not, but we are at least excited and anxious for the arrival of Baby Smi.
We'll do our best to keep everyone updated.
