Grace Kay is 8 years old!
We had a wonderful birthday weekend for Grace's birthday-- we surprised her with a trip to see her newest cousin and her oldest cousin! Hopefully I will blog more about that later.
Grace just brought home an excellent report card. She is doing very well in 2nd grade. She read all of the Harry Potter books this year and is on track to read more than two million words through the school's Reading Counts program. Grace is still enjoying ballet and tap, and tried swimming competitively this fall. She has lost five teeth. She is the best big sister to Hazel and Matthew and a joy to watch grow.

Grace had a glow in the dark dance party with many of the girls from her class. 7/8 year old girls are pretty funny. I think Hazel might have had the most fun at the party.
